"Welfare Service for home elderly is the service that furnishes social backgrounds as to the home senior manages his/her life positively and friendly in local community through providing higher dignity and social value as a human being. The old people in Korea strongly desire to live their rest life at home as they did before and the rapid increase of number of elderly people who need more social care is expected, In the point that, I purpose to analyze welfare delivery system taking charge of implementation of welfare service for the aged people living in home using SWOT analysis framework, and find effective reformations of welfare delivery system for the aged people living in home.
