\"정보통신기술의 발전에 따라 기존 사회복지서비스는 IT를 접목한 첨단 서비스를 제공하고, 사회복지인력과 비용을 절감할 수 있는 방향으로 전환이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 정보통신기반 서비스를 중심으로 여성이 선호하는 서비스유형을 분석하여 향후 지역사회복지서비스 실천의 기초자료를 제시하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구결과 여성이 선호하는 서비스는 방범ㆍ방재, 의료ㆍ복지, 환경, 교육, 교통, 여성취업, 행정, 지식기반의 순으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구의 결과를 토대로 향후 정보통신을 기반으로하는 지역사회복지서비스 발전방향은 지역사회에 대한 개인의 소속감을 높이고, 더 많은 정보를 찾아 정신적 만족도를 줄 수 있는 방향의 서비스를 제공하는 방안으로 우선순위를 설정해야 할 것이다.\"
"Following development of information technology, the social welfare service is required to transfer its direction that provides up-to-time service combining information technology and trims human power and cost. This study purposes to provide basic data for rendering of local welfare service henceforward through analysing service types favored by women on the focuse of information technology service. In the result of the study, it is found that the woman-favored services are crime prevention fellowed by disaster prevention, medical care, environment, welfare, traffic, job opportunity, administration, and knowledge base in order. On the base of the result, local organs should provide services in direction in which sense of belonging and satisfaction level of community members are increased.
