본 논문은 구약성경 룻기에 등장하는 룻의 적응 경험을 성경을 토대로 내용분석하고, 다문화가정 여성의 적응 경험을 파악하고자 하였다. 9명의 다문화가정 여성을 대상으로 심층면접을 실시하였다. 그 결과 총 155개의 의미단위가 도출되었으며, 이는 8개 주제에 대한 17개의 의미의 통합으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 다문화가정 여성인 룻이 행복한 가정을 세우는 데는 나오미, 보아스, 이웃의 지지가 중요하며, 룻의 영생을 통한 회복, 나오미와 보아스의 가족지지, 이웃의 지지와 축복이 성공적인 적응 요인으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 다문화가정 여성들은 기관의 시스템에 신뢰감과 만족감을 가지고 있었다. 특히 기관이 일방적인 전도방법을 지양하고, 기관의 자원을 다문화가정 여성의 특성과 욕구에 맞게 제공하는 과정에서 긍정적인 영향을 발견 할 수 있었다. 셋째, 영적 회복과 관계의 회복 그리고 섬김의 회복 속에서 하나님이 사람을 통해 일하시는 것을 발견하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 실제 다문화가정 여성들의 경험과 소리를 통해 다양한 경험의 실제적 양상을 파악하고, 룻기의 성경적 모델과 비교함으로써 기독교복지 실천의 단초를 찾고자 하였다. 본 연구는 다문화가정 여성의 한국생활 적응과 룻기의 성경적 모델을 비교하는 데 있어 보다 깊이 있는 탐색까지 진행하지 못하였다는 한계를 가지고 있지만, 룻기의 룻을 다문화가정 여성으로 성경적 모델로 접근하였고, 기독교 기관을 이용하는 다문화가정 여성이 기독교문화를 경험하는 과정에서 보여주는 변화는 주목할 만하다.
"The purpose of this thesis is to analyze information of international experiences adapted by married woman Ruth based on the Bible appearing in the Old Testament The Book of Ruth, and realizing the Multicultural Family Women's adaptation experiences use by Christian organizations. Using the institution for research for more than 3 years, in-depth interviews were conducted to nine Multicultural Family Women working as translators, interpreters and supporters. As a result, a total of 155 meanings was drawn, 17 meanings out of 8 subjects showed integration. The results of this study use as a basis with respect to the Christian Welfare fulfillment are discuss as follows. First, it is important to have Naomi, Boas, and neighbor's support in building Ruth's happy life and it came out that the factor that proved successful adaptation in her recovery through eternal life is that having Naomi and Boas family's and neighbor's supports and blessings. Second, the Multicultural Family Women have their trust and satisfaction in the system of the organization. Instead of using the one-way method of evangelism, the use of the Multicultural Family Women's characteristics and desires by the organization as resources adequately provided in the process has found to be effective. Thirdly, it was discovered that God is working through people in recovery and restoration of the spiritual relationships and servant's recovery. This study is looking for a glimpse of the Life Theology through comparisons between Ruth's and Multicultural Family Women's actual experiences and opinions which identifies different aspects of understanding. In this study, rather than comparing Ruth's Biblical model and Multicultural Family Women's adaptation to Korean life, eventhough deep inquiry cannot proceed to the limit, as a Multicultural Family Woman Ruth's being a Biblical model has been approached, and the Christian Culture in the process of experiences of the Multicultural Women use by the Christian Institution shows a notable alterations.
