본 연구는 일반교사들이 통합학급 내 장애학생의 수업참여 확대 및 수업효과 증진을 위해서 수 업 구성요인별로 중요한 것으로 인식하는 것과 현실적으로 실행하는 것을 학교과정별로 비교․분석 하는데 목적이 있었다. 이 목적을 위하여, 관련 선행연구물을 통해서 공통 수업요인(학생, 교사, 교 과, 환경)을 추출하고 절차를 거쳐 자체 개발된 조사지로 현직 일반학급 교사 114명의 중요도와 실 행도에 대한 응답을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 일반교사들은 수업 구성요인 전반에 대한 중요도 인식수 준은 높은 반면, 실제 실행도 수행정도는 낮게 나타났으며, 이러한 차이는 초등학교보다 중학교와 고등학교로 갈수록 그 폭이 커지는 학교과정에 따른 교사 집단 간 유의한 차로 나타났다. 이 결과를 바탕으로 일반교사들에 대한 실제적 지식에 이론적 지식을 겸비하게 하는 조처방안 마련과 통합교 육의 질적 수준의 상향 균등화를 위한 대책 마련을 제언하였다.
The purpose of the present study was to analyze those recognized by general instructors to be important for enhancing teaching effects and expanding classroom participation of students with learning disabilities within integrated classes per each teaching structural factor and compare those actually practiced by each school process. For this purpose, the common teaching factors(student, instructor, subject, environment) were extracted through related precedent studies and a survey was developed after going through a process to analyze the answers received on the status and practices from 114 present instructors in general schools. As a result, the general instructors had high levels of recognition for the overall structural factors for teaching while showing low levels of performance for actual practice and such differences appeared regardful as the groups moved higher in grade level from elementary school to middle school and high school. Based on such results, measures were prepared for general instructors to carry both the actual knowledge and theoretical knowledge and also suggested measures for upward equalization of quality standards for integrated education.
