Purpose of this study is focus in investigation study for Korean multiculturalism welfare program development. It is as following if summarize result of this study. Divorce of our country is increasing rapidly by discord and domestic violence between family by multicultural society's promotion. Age between couple and attainments in scholarship level difference are becoming social issue that show problem that is happening, but there is in real condition that solve problem with various desire which is happening in multicultural families. Therefore, must improve international marriage culture for marriage continuance raising of multicultural families to solve this. We can say that need to establish family relation that give life of multicultural families, and prepare demolition and program to prevent poverty of multicultural families.
