The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the
level of learning organization construction of school and the level of school
organization effectiveness perceived by elementary school teachers. This study
collected data from 200 teachers in 20 elementary schools located in Seoul,
Korea. simple correlation analysis and canonical correlation analysis were used
to analyze the data. This study has one significant finding: In terms of the
relationship between the level of learning organization construction of school and
the level of school organization effectiveness, the more teachers were aware that
the level of learning organization construction of their schools was high, the
more teachers perceived that the level of school organization effectiveness was
high.
