근래 학교조직의 조직효과성을 높이기 위한 하나의 대안으로 학교조직의 학습조직화가 대두되고 있다. 학교조직의 학습조직화는 학교 내부의 구성원이 스스로 학교조직을 학습조직으로 이해하고 학교교육의 변화를 꾀하여 학교조직의 효과성을 이려는 시도이다. 이 연구는 서울 남부지역에 위치한 20개 초등학교에 근무하고 는 현직 교사 200명을 대상으로 학교의 학습조직 구축정도와 학교조직효과성 간에 인과적 상호관계가 있는지를 경험적으로 분석함으로써 학교조직의 효과성을 높이기 위한 학교조직의 학습조직화 노력이 타당한지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 수집된 자료의 분석을 위해 단순상관분석 및 정준상관분석을 실시하였다. 연구자료 분석결과, 교사들이 지각하는 학교조직의 학습조직 구축정도와 학교조직효과성 간에는 인과적 상호관계가 있음이 확인되었다.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the level of learning organization construction of school and the level of school organization effectiveness perceived by elementary school teachers. This study collected data from 200 teachers in 20 elementary schools located in Seoul, Korea. simple correlation analysis and canonical correlation analysis were used to analyze the data. This study has one significant finding: In terms of the relationship between the level of learning organization construction of school and the level of school organization effectiveness, the more teachers were aware that the level of learning organization construction of their schools was high, the more teachers perceived that the level of school organization effectiveness was high.
