This research focuses on a qualitatively in-depth study experiences of early childhood special
education teacher candidates during the practicum.
For this 8 early childhood special education teacher candidates of inclusive setting kindergar
tens. And the researcher had in-depth interviews. This Study is based on the ground theory
method of Strauss and Corbin(1990).
The results obtained in this study were as follows:
All of them felt role conflict and identity confusion. However, their attitude was divide. First
group, they felt role conflict and identity confusion but they effort making a profession and
friendly with kindergarten's staff. So they make the good identity early childhood special
education teacher.
But another group lose out making profession and friendly with kindergarten's staff. So they
are give up a early childhood special education teacher.
