The purpose of this study is to insist that Christian Education for
unification in the Early Childhood Education should be started according to
necessity of psychological unification as well as physical unification, and to
seek its purpose and approach in the Christian perspective. Thus the study
investigates the approach to normal Christian Education for unification,
evaluates the approach through the Christian perspective, and presents the
direction to Christian Education for unification in the Early Child
Education.
The results are as follow: First, the study considers Christian mind for
the new belief as a foundation of unification education, which reduces
difference between South Korea and North Korea ideologies. Second,
understanding and development for Christian Early Childhood Education
and Child care curriculum are needed through the perspectives of
multiculturalism and peace education. Third, there is a need for systematic
christian teacher education and reeducation program. Fourth, Christian
Education for unification in the early education should be approached as a
matter of the entire Christianity not only focusing on an individual church.
