전문상담교사는 1999년부터 선발되었으나 임용시험을 거쳐 선발된 것은 2009년부터이며 2018년까지 2,419명의 전문상담교사가 선발되어 초등, 중등, 고등학교에 배치되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 2009년부터 2019년까지 실시된 13차례의 임용시험문항을 분석해 선발시험의 타당성을 검증하고 출제동향을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 한국교육과정평가원(KICE)의 ‘[전문상담교사]의 자격기준과 평가 영역 및 평가 내용 요소(2009)’을 토대로 7개 과목 중 출제비율이 가장 높은『상담이론과 실제』과목의 문항을 분석하였다. 분석결과 25개 평가내용요소 중 단 14개에서만 문제가 출제되었고, 이 중 5개 요소에서 80%가량이 출제되는 등 출제의 불균형이 발견되었다. 출제된 문제의 내용면에서는 ‘상담이론’이 ‘상담실제’ 보다 2배가량 많이 출제되었고, 출제된 문제의 유형면에서는 ‘선택형과 기입형’이 ‘서술형과 논술형’보다 2배가량 많이 출제되었다. 한편 평가내용요소 중 중복되는 부분과 분류가 적합하지 않은 부분을 찾을 수 있었다. 본 연구 결과 평가 영역과 내용요소의 재구성 및 출제 비율의 재편성이 요구되었고, 시대적 요청과 학교상담현장의 다양화, 전문화에 따라 평가기준과 내용의 수정이 시급한 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 11년간 13차례의 출제문항의 분석 결과를 바탕으로 한『상담이론과 실제』과목에 대한 평가기준 개정안을 제시하였고, 후속연구를 위한 제언을 추가하였다.
Professional school counselors have been selected since 1999, but only 2,419 professional school counselors were selected from 2009 through 2018. The purpose of this study is to analyze 13 appointment test questions conducted from 2009 to 2019 to verify the validity of the selection test and analyze the trends of the test. For this purpose, based on KICE s Quality Consultation Teacher s Qualification Criteria, Evaluation Areas and Evaluation Content Elements (2008) , the Theory and Practice of Counseling , which has the highest percentage of questions, The questions were analyzed. The analysis found that there was an imbalance in the test results, with only 14 out of 25 assessment elements, and about 80 percent of five of them being published. In terms of the questions, the counseling theory is about twice as many as the counseling practise , and in terms of the types of questions, selective and written are about twice as many as description and essay . On the other hand, it was found that there were overlapping parts of the evaluation content elements and parts where the classification was not appropriate. As a result of this study, reassessment of the evaluation area and contents elements and reorganization of the ratio of questions were required, and it was urgent to revise the evaluation criteria and contents according to the requests of the times and the diversification and specialization of school counseling sites. Accordingly, based on the analysis results of 13 questions in this 11 year period, the revised evaluation criteria for “Theory and Practice of Counseling” were proposed and suggestions for further research were added. of consultation was proposed, and suggestions were added for follow-up research.
