Professional school counselors have been selected since 1999, but only 2,419 professional school counselors were selected from 2009 through 2018. The purpose of this study is to analyze 13 appointment test questions conducted from 2009 to 2019 to verify the validity of the selection test and analyze the trends of the test. For this purpose, based on KICE s Quality Consultation Teacher s Qualification Criteria, Evaluation Areas and Evaluation Content Elements (2008) , the Theory and Practice of Counseling , which has the highest percentage of questions, The questions were analyzed. The analysis found that there was an imbalance in the test results, with only 14 out of 25 assessment elements, and about 80 percent of five of them being published. In terms of the questions, the counseling theory is about twice as many as the counseling practise , and in terms of the types of questions, selective and written are about twice as many as description and essay . On the other hand, it was found that there were overlapping parts of the evaluation content elements and parts where the classification was not appropriate. As a result of this study, reassessment of the evaluation area and contents elements and reorganization of the ratio of questions were required, and it was urgent to revise the evaluation criteria and contents according to the requests of the times and the diversification and specialization of school counseling sites. Accordingly, based on the analysis results of 13 questions in this 11 year period, the revised evaluation criteria for “Theory and Practice of Counseling” were proposed and suggestions for further research were added. of consultation was proposed, and suggestions were added for follow-up research.
