본 연구는 초등학생의 거부민감성이 심리적 안녕감과 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향을 검증하고, 방과 후 음악활동 여부에 따른 조절효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 초등학교 4~6학년인 747명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 후 SPSS 24.0, AMOS 24.0 프로그램을 사용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등학생의 심리적 안녕감에 유의한 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 초등학생의 거부민감성이 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향을 살펴보면, 거부민감성은 학교생활적응에 유의한 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 초등학생의 심리적 안녕감은 학교생활적응에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 초등학생의 심리적 안녕감은 거부민감성과 학교생활적응의 관계에서 유의한 매개효과가 있음을 검증하였다. 다섯째, 초등학생의 방과 후 음악활동 여부는 [거부민감성→심리적 안녕감]과 [거부민감성→학교생활적응]의 경로에서 유의한 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 아동의 학교생활적응을 촉진하고 학교생활부적응을 예방하는 데 기여하며, 방과 후 음악활동의 긍정적 효과를 뒷받침하는 기초 자료를 제공했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
The purpose of this study is to verify the influence of rejection sensitivity in elementary students on their psychological well-being and adaptation to school life, and the moderating effect of after-school music activities. For this study, 747 elementary students, from fourth to sixth grades were surveyed, and the resultant data were analyzed using SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 24.0 programs. The findings of this study were as follows. First, rejection sensitivity had a significant and negative impact on the psychological well-being of elementary students. Second, rejection sensitivity had a significant and negative impact on the adaptation to school life. Third, the psychological well-being of elementary school students had a significant and positive impact on adaptation to school of elementary students. Fourth, the psychological well-being of elementary students had a significant mediating effect in the relationship between rejection sensitivity and adaptation to school life. Fifth, the after-school music activities of elementary students had a significant moderating effect in the pathways of [rejection sensitivity → psychological well-being] and [rejection sensitivity → adaptation to school life]. The significance of this study lies in providing basic data for helping children adapt to school life, preventing school maladjustment problems, and promoting positive music activities.
