본 연구는 AI 융합 교육을 기반으로 고등학교 뮤지컬 창작을 위한 프로그램 개발을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 문헌 및 교과서 분석을 바탕으로 AI 융합 교육과 뮤지컬 창작을 연계하기 위한 이론적 기초를 마련하고, 프로젝트 기반 학습과 STEAM의 산출물 유형을 결합한 AI 융합 교육 기반 뮤지컬 창작 교수⋅학습 모형과 프로그램 초안을 개발하였다. 다음으로 AI 융합⋅예술⋅음악 교육 분야 전문가 18인을 대상으로 교수⋅학습 모형과 프로그램의 내용 타당도를 검증하였다. 검증 결과, 본 연구에서 개발된 교수⋅학습 모형과 8차시 프로그램의 내용 타당도 비율(CVR)은 각각 .82, .95로 나타나 기준치를 상회하였으며, 전문가 의견을 반영하여 프로그램 최종안을 제시하였다. 또한 거시⋅미시 수준의 교수⋅학습 모형과 차시별 지도안을 함께 제시하여 학교 현장에서 활용 가능한 AI 융합 음악 교육의 구체적 적용 방안을 마련하였다. 본 프로그램은 음악 교과를 중심으로 타 교과를 융합하고 학생 주도적 뮤지컬 창작 활동을 지원한다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
The purpose of this study was to develop a program for high school musical creation based on AI-convergence education. A theoretical foundation linking AI-convergence education with musical theatre creation was established through a review of relevant literature and an analysis of textbooks. Building on this foundation, we developed an AI-convergence teaching-learning model and a draft eight-lesson program through the convergence of project-based learning with STEAM product-type procedures. Content validity was then evaluated by an expert panel of 18 specialists in AI-convergence, arts, and music education. The content validity ratios (CVR) were .82 for the instructional model and .95 for the eight-lesson program, exceeding the recommended threshold; the program was subsequently revised and finalized based on experts’ qualitative feedback. In addition, the study presents macroand micro-level instructional models, lesson-by-lesson teaching plans, and practical implementation guidelines feasible for school music classrooms. The program is significant in enabling student-led musical theatre creation and interdisciplinary convergence centered on music.
