Today, many enterprises, such as distributing, logistics, manufacturing organizations and non-profit government organizations etc., use web-based system for implementing e-business. The e-business system is the key enabler for business innovation in broadcasting and media areas. In this study, we investigated the case of Korea Broadcasting Advertising Corporation Data Express(KODEX) which focused on development process, business performance and their practice in Korea Broadcasting Advertising Corporation(KOBACO). The practical implication of this work should be guideline at activating for B2B(Business to Business) business process innovations and improving business performance between KOBACO and their business partners.
