Because most military units are located socio-culturally and geographically isolated area, military profession has the poor environment for the job condition, residence conditions, living conditions, and educational condition for the children. Therefore, military profession shows the difficult characteristics for the military person and family life. Special national interests and political supports are required for the military personnel's children. However, there are variety of areas to improve the current policy for supporting the military family's children as it related to law, regulation, system, and operational aspects. In addition, it is necessary for the military itself to prepare for special policies such as naturing children support to improve naturing conditions of the geographically and socio-culturally isolated small unit. Furthermore, usability, efficiency, effectiveness of the current transferring-admission system, special case admission system, dormitory support, scholarship support, tuition loan should be reviewed and improved for the better realistic support.
