Since multicultural families are increased by rapid increase of international marriages recently, Korea society has been entered into a multicultrual society. Therefore, government provides a support plan for social integration of married female immigrants, mixed races and immigrants and engages in various support policies for multicultrual family by making laws related to multicultural family such as \'Act on the treatment of foreigners in Korea\', \'Act of marriage brokerage management\' and \'Multicultural family support act\' but since family policy has been transferred to the Ministry of Health and Welfare by a new government reorganization, the department of multicultural family was established under the office of family policy in the Division for Social Policy of low fertility and older age in 2008 and various policies were promoted in full-scale and again, it transferred into Ministry of Gender Equality and Family on March 19th of 2010. Like this, there are many difficulties of performing the support policies due to frequent changes of department that manages the policy. In addition, the support project is not able to progress syntagmatically and systematically because the policies of The Responsible Ministry and nongovernment are not unified and there are 7 ministries which operate the policy in progress except Ministry of Gender Equality and Family.Since these ministries are operating independently without interchange and cooperation, the budget can be wasted due to one-time support and there are many duplicated policies. Also, because the education industry is only focused on one field, there are no researches on the actual condition and support policies for youth entry in the middle practically.
