The purpose of this study was to find the making of multicultural families, analysis of social disorganization progress, population properties of mixed couple, socio economic quality transition, the actuality and issues of multicultural families. According to the analysis with coping strategies researches, the results were presented as follows: by raw data ’01, ’06, ’07, ’08, '09 and the whole country multicultural families status research, they involve gathering and analysing data. It was to problem understanding in face of multicultural families members, stay qualification, social, resident issues, social support network, policy demand of multicultural families. We have been putting efforts to take interest in multicultural society and share with the people from new races in various fields. However such efforts are not systematic yet to have the purpose of social integrity of multilateral cultures. That is because too many things get complicatedly tangled so that only the efforts to help them are not sufficient. Therefore, multicultural policy for social integrity is required to accept immigrants as the same Koreans with no prejudice or discrimination and to recognize cultural variety. Based on these study results, This paper made a suggestion about prescription of policy issues for multicultural families support and coping strategies of influencing factors on social environmental in korea society.
