본 연구의 목적은 직업군인의 여가제약 협상전략이 여가만족과 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 데 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 서울·경기, 강원도, 경상도, 충청도에 근무하는 직업군인들을 대상으로 총 441부의 설문지를 배포하 였으며 최종 자료 분석에 사용된 설문지는 409부이다. 본 연구의 자료처리는 SPSS 18.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 다중회귀분석을 사 용하였다. 직업군인의 여가제약 협상전략과 여가만족 및 삶의 질 간의 관계를 검 증한 결과, 첫째, 직업군인의 여가제약 협상전략은 여가만족에 유의한 영향을 미 치고 있다. 둘째, 직업군인의 여가제약 협상전략은 삶의 질에 유의한 영향을 미치 고 있다. 셋째, 여가만족은 삶의 질에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있다.
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of leisure constraints negotiation, leisure satisfaction, and quality of life in professional soldiers. To achieve the goal of this study, a total of 409 surveys collected from professional soldiers who have been worked in Seoul, Kyonggi, Gangwon, Gyeongsang, and Choongcheong areas were utilized for analyzing. Frequency, reliability, exploratory factor analysis, and regression analysis were conducted by using SPSS 18.0 ver. Main findings were as follows: First, leisure constraint negotiation had a positive effect on leisure satisfaction. Second, leisure constraint negotiation had a positive effect on quality of life. Third, leisure satisfaction positively affected quality of life.
