The aim of this study is to inquire into the view of the teaching profession and the human
which special education teachers have felt and experienced through teaching living. And as to
inquire of recognitions on their educational activities and affairs through their experiences, this
study intends to understand the part of special teachers' teaching cultures by examining newly
their recognition and teaching profession culture of the special education schools. This study
analyzed teaching profession culture, including depth consultation method and targeting on
special education school teachers. The result are as followings.
Firstly, special school teachers had the views on teaching profession such as the recognition
of satisfaction and modesty, the object of respect, and the endless investments and endeavors.
and special school teachers have a view on the human relation that the human relation should
be similar to that between friends, that it should draw a clear line between public meeting and
private meeting, that it should make obvious lines and concessions, and that it is a public and
awkward meeting.
Secondly, the educational activities of the special school teachers show thorough planning
which is suitable to the difference among individuals, cares about the effectiveness of teaching
under individual difference and learning, and difference between suitableness and actuality. and the special education teachers think of their duty as the important thing related to their life.
In the future, the study on educational profession culture, constructed with the special areas,
in the respective special schools can be presented through the study on special school teachers'teaching culture.
