본 연구에서는 현재 고교 비평준화 지역인 K지역을 대표하는 C, W, K 시의 중고등학생, 대학생, 학부모, 교사, 교육관리자들을 대상으로 교사-자녀의 동일학교 배정에 관한 일반 의식조사를 실시하였다. 조사 자료에 기초하여 학생평가의 공정성과 해당교사에 대한 신뢰여부 및 현행 인사제도에 관한 의견들을 분석해 봄으로써 학교사회에서 교사들의 상호공조 현상에 대한 인식과 문제점을 조명해 보고자 하였다. 분석결과, 학생, 학부모, 교사 모두가 교사 자녀의 동일학교 배정에 대해 부정적인 시각을 가지고 있었다. 즉, 해당 학생평가의 공정성 여부에 대하여 학생, 학부모, 교사 모두가 공정하지 못한 것으로 인식하고 있었으며 해당교사에 대해서도 신뢰할 수 없다는 의견이 지배적이었다. 특히 대다수의 학생, 학부모, 교사들이 동일학교 배정에 관한 현행 인사제도에 문제점이 있다고 보았다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과는 교원인사제도의 개선 방안을 모색하는데 시사점을 제시해 줄 것이라 기대된다.
This study analyzed the awareness of the same school allocation of a teacher-child by conducting a general attitude survey of middle and high school students, university students, parents, teachers, and school administrators in currently non-equalized K area. Based on the data, this study also aimed to clarify the awareness and problems of mutual assistance among phenomenon of teachers in school society, by analyzing opinions on the impartiality of student evaluation, trust in relevant teachers, and existing personnel system. The result of this study indicated that all students, parents, and teachers had negative views on the same school allocation of a teacher-child. In other words, they considered the impartiality of a relevant student as unfair. Also the view that they could not trust a relevant teacher was dominant. In particular, most of parents, students, and teachers considered that there were problems in existing personnel system related to the same school allocation. Therefore, the results of this study include some implications to seek improvement measures of school personnel system.
