This study analyzed the awareness of the same school allocation of a teacher-child by conducting a general attitude survey of middle and high school students, university students, parents, teachers, and school administrators in currently non-equalized K area. Based on the data, this study also aimed to clarify the awareness and problems of mutual assistance among phenomenon of teachers in school society, by analyzing opinions on the impartiality of student evaluation, trust in relevant teachers, and existing personnel system. The result of this study indicated that all students, parents, and teachers had negative views on the same school allocation of a teacher-child. In other words, they considered the impartiality of a relevant student as unfair. Also the view that they could not trust a relevant teacher was dominant. In particular, most of parents, students, and teachers considered that there were problems in existing personnel system related to the same school allocation. Therefore, the results of this study include some implications to seek improvement measures of school personnel system.
