We found that first teachers' daily schedule is related to giving a special meaning for their repetitive everyday life. Second, teachers' teaching activities are affected by individualized educational plan and talks between teachers regarding teaching practices. Third, in terms of teachers' social relations, most teachers have very close relationships, but they also keep some distances each other. Fourth, teachers in special school tend to perform same duties everyday. Finally, we conclude with suggestions on the direction of a future research on teacher's culture in special school.
