This study investigates the effects of the anti-bias program using literature on children\'s
intentions, recognitions and attitudes toward children with disabilities. In this study, the subjects were 50 children without disabilities 5 years old kindergarten children. They were placed to an experimental or a control group, with 25 children in each other. While normal regular program was provided for the control group, the anti-bias program through literature was applied to the experimental group for 4 weeks.
Significant differences were showed between the pre and post-test scores in intentions,
recognitions and attitudes toward the disabled. This results indicates that the anti-bias program
using literature affects positive influences to children\'s intentions, recognitions and attitudes
toward children with disabilities.
