차이와 영향에 대해 알아보기 위해 특수학교 교사 174명을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 특수학교 교사의 갈등은 ʻ학교 운영ʼ ʻ학부모 역할 기대ʼ ʻ학교 문화ʼ ʻ동료교사와의 관계ʼ ʻ한정된 자원ʼ 및 ʻ의사소통ʼ 등 6개 요인으로 밝혀졌다. 변인별 갈등지각 수준 차이를 분석한 결과 여교사가 남교사에 비해 갈등지각 수준이 더 높았고, 연령이 낮을수록 갈등지각 수준이 높았으며, 교직 경력이 많을수록 갈등지각 수준이 낮았고 공립특수학교 교사가 사립특수학교 교사보다 갈등지각 수준이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 성, 설립 유형, 연령 및 교직 경력이 갈등에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 중다회귀분석을 한 결과, 설립 유형과 연령이 갈등의 지각에 가장 많은 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 선행 연구에서 시도되지 않았던 특수학교 교사의 갈등을 구성하는 요인과 각 요인의 특성을 파악함으로써 특수학교 교사의 갈등 구조를 종합적으로 분석하였다는 데 그 의의가 있다.

영문초록

This study was to analyze conflicts factors of special education teachers, the levels of conflict perceptions according to gender, ages, teacher careers and school establishment types, and main variable influenced on conflict. Research tool with reference to the previous studies was developed directly for 64 questions by the researcher. By preliminary review content validity of the question was implemented and developed 30 questions as research tool. Using these tools, 174 teachers at five special schools in Kwangju City were surveyed. Data processing was as follows: First, exploratory factor analysis was implemented to extract conflict factors, identifying conflict structure of special education teachers. Second, t-test or F-test was implemented to find out the differences in the levels of conflict perception according to demographic variables. Lastly multiple regression analysis was implemented to identify the impact on the level of conflict perception. The Finding of this study was as follows: First, Special education teachers\' conflicts were composed of six factors, \'school administration\', \'parent role expectations\', \'school culture\', \'relationship with colleagues\', \'limited resources\' and \'communication\'. Second, female teachers than male teachers had higher levels of conflict perception, the lower the age of teacher the higher the level of conflict perception, the more teachers experience career a lower level of conflict perception, and public special school teachers than private special school teachers had higher levels of conflict perception. Lastly, the findings of multipul regression analysis, entering gender, age, teaching career and establishment type are as follows. Establishment type and age were the largest impact on the conflict. These results are expected to increase in the future a special school teachers understand the issues of the conflict and to establish a plan of action will be utilized. Furthermore, considering to variables related to age and establishment type, the special education teachers in 20\'s or 30\'s, public special school need to receive specific additional education and training systems. This study was to identify the level of conflict perception, conflict factors and conflict structure, not attempted by previous studies on conflict of special school teachers and to provide researchers understanding and insight about conflicts of special education teachers.
