Early O & M(orientation & mobility) cane training has to be started in preschool or elementary low grades in point that it have effect on not only independent movement but also overall development. For developing the curriculum of the cane travel by school level, it surveyed on how do 14 related O & M teachers recognize about 58 lesson objectives by school level. the major findings of the study were as follows: First, most O & M teachers recognized that the O & M cane training has to be started from preschool or elementary low grades and the curriculum of the cane skills need to be developed as school level. Second, O & M teachers showed high level's agreement about 53 objectives of the 58 lesson objectives developed on the basis of other country's O & M curriculum. And this cane skills curriculum seems to appropriate the construction of lesson objectives. So, the O & M cane training will have to be started at preschool or elementary low grades. For this, it will need to develop O & M materials and provide in-service training as school level.
