이 연구의 목적은 특수학교의 학교기업 운영에 대한 장애유형별 특수교육교원의 인식을 비교, 분석하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 전국 18개 특수학교의 교원을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 대부분의 특수교육교원은 특수학교의 학교기업 운영에 대해 긍정적인 인식을 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났는데, 특히 청각장애학교에 근무하는 특수교육교원의 인식이 높았다. 또한 특수학교 의 학교기업 운영은 학생의 취업률 향상과 학교생활에 흥미를 제공해 줄 수 있을 것으로 인식하고 있었으며, 특수학교의 학교기업 운영 시에는 교직원의 적절한 업무 분담 및 적절한 사업 종목의 선 정 및 지역사회 사업체와의 협력이 필요하다고 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구에 이어 특 수교육교원 특성, 즉 성별, 교육경력, 학교과정 및 직업교육 전문성에 따른 인식과 학부모의 인식 에 대한 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다.
The purpose of this study was to compare and analyze perceptions of special education teachers on school-based enterprise operation in special schools according to the type of disability of special schools. For this, it was conducted a survey on 18 special schools in the whole country. The result was that most special education teachers was perceived affirmatively the school-based enterprise operation in special schools, and especially perceptions of special education teachers of school for the deaf was high. They have perceived that school-based enterprise operation in special schools could give improvement of percentage of employment and interest of school life, and when special schools get operate the school-based enterprises, they should divide fairly the duty of school personnel and select out business items on school-based enterprises, and collaborate with community companies that was known excellence. Also, on the basis of analysis, it was suggested that many studies on perceptions according to characteristics of special teachers and perceptions of parents of students should be conducted.
