전국의 정신지체 및 정서장애 특수학교 고등부와 일반 고등학교 특수학급에 재직 중인 특수교사 168명을 대상으로 전환교육을 위한 교수학습자료개발의 필요성을 확인하고, 이러닝 프로그램 개발 이 필요한 전환교육주제와 이러닝 프로그램의 효과적인 적용을 위해 고려되어야 하는 요인들에 대 해서 조사하였다. 연구 결과, (1) 교수학습자료 개발이 필요한 전환교육주제 영역을 확인하였으며, (2) 이 중 이러닝 프로그램 개발이 필요한 영역을 순위화 할 수 있었으며, (3) 각각의 전환교육주제 를 효과적으로 전달하기 위한 사용목적(프로그램 유형)과 자료유형에 대해 확인하였으며, 마지막으 로 (4) 이러닝 프로그램을 적용할 경우 교사와 학생에게 기대되는 효과와 교육현장에서의 성공적 인 이러닝 프로그램 적용을 위한 필수요건에 대해 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과들을 토대로 전환교육 을 위한 이러닝 프로그램 개발을 위한 지침에서 고려해야 할 점들을 구체적으로 논의하였다.
The purpose of this study was to investigate needs of teachers for teaching-learning materials that need to be developed into e-Learning program on transition education for secondary students with developmental disabilities. For this purpose, total 168 special educators participated in a nation-wide survey. In results, categories of transition education that need to be developed into e-Learning program were identified. In addition, the ranking of needs for developing e-Learning program, the factors affecting successful implementation of e-Learning, and expected effects of e-Learning program on teachers and students were analyzed. Finally, several specific implications for the development of e-Learning programs of transition education in general and special high school settings based on the results were provided.
