The intention of this research is to get a line on elementary school students\' changing
physical self description, and their improving physical strength. This is based on understanding
the effects of using the jump-roping approval program, providing the direction for the
children\'s rope-jumping, offering the basis of the activation in a school sports club activity.
I compare the results of a preliminary inspection and a post facto inspection through the
measuring of a questionnaire in physical perception and of physical strength as the object of
the study in students participating in an experimental class and a comparison class.
The analysis of the survey used a primary factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-official
approval using SPSS 13.0, and grasped the actual application condition through the program
testimony of jump-roping in an actual elementary school. Based on this, I was achieved a
program of activation in school sports club activity using jump-roping.
Through the application of a school sports club activity, analyzing the students\' physical self
description changes, improving their physical strength, providing a teaching strategy using
jump-roping, I come to a conclusion about physical exercise subject lessons and school sports
club activities more systematically and effectively for this research of 10 months.
1) Using the approval of jump-roping program, students are concerned about the exercise of
jump-roping, changing students\' physical self description, changing everyone who helps the
students, parents of students, teachers interested in leading the interests of the students like
founding an annual guidance plan and developing a jump-roping program making the most of
students\' characteristics, accepting the requests of students and motivating the purpose of
participation in exercise continuously.
2) The change of physical strength among the students of the experimental class joining in
school sports club activity of jump-roping, using the jump-roping approval program, can be
learned by knowing the outcome in their strength change. Feedback activity, like giving a
strength approval certificate according to the stages, and carrying out the understanding of
their own exercising ability through the 10 stages of the jump-roping approval program is also
very helpful. The purpose of this study is to analyze the condition of application of learning
through play which is used for instruction in elementary and secondary schools. Play could be
one of the most efficient learning ways to have the students motivated for science and for them
to study actively.
