This study focuses on the development of the adjustment enriching program for the enrolled-student of university and educational model. In order to research, we surveyed the information of 440 enrolled-students of Ewha Womans University. The enrolled-student questionnaire consists of personal information, academic background, family background, transfer readiness and satisfaction, major choice, school and personal life adjustment, psychological characteristics and opinion of entrance examination for enrolled-students. On the basis of the results of survey, educational model for effective guidance of enrolled-student and adjustment enriching programs are suggested. we divide two dimensions of adjustment of enrolled-student : environment-adjustment and psychosocial-adjustment. The counseling programs consists of giving major-specific and educational matters information, resolving conflicts in relationships, giving study skills and making positive self-concept and function as a healthy whole person in university.
Despite some limitations, this study provides helpful data of enrolled-students in university. The extensive research such as the outcome of enrolled-student adjustment enriching program, social-adjustment satisfaction and intensive personal interview and counseling should allow the development of appropriate educational model for enrolled-student in university.
