The purpose of the study was to investigate learning satisfaction effect on transfer of training for local
government officials' overseas training mediated by change of vocational self-efficacy and job involvement.
80 local government officials from province A were invited as participants. Results of the study indicate
government officials' overseas training 1) learner satisfaction predicts job efficacy, job involvement, and
transfer, 2) job efficacy and job involvement function as mediator variables between learner satisfaction
and transfer, but the sizes of the mediation effect were both small. Based on the results, implication to
the team organization strategy and future research directions were discussed.
