본 연구의 목적은 맞춤형 수업 장학을 통해 영아 보육교사의 전문성에 대한 인식 및 교수 실제 과정의 변화를 살펴보는 것이다. 본 연구의 장학대상 교사는 서울시에 소재하는 어린이집의 만 1세 영아반 교사이다. 2011년 9월 7일부터 12월 3일까지 교사의 전문성 발달 평가, 교육 활동 동영상 녹화자료, 교사 면접과정에서 수집한 녹음 자료, 참고 도서, 연간 주간 일일 계획안, 연구교사와 장학요원의 저널 자료를 통해 장학 진행의 초기, 후기의 변화 과정을 교사의 전문성 인식 및 실제를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 연구 결과 첫째, 수업 장학을 통해 보육교사의 전문성 인식 전체와 각 분야에 있어서 전문성 발달이 나타났다. 둘째, 교수 실제에서 주제 선정, 수업 방법, 평가의 과정에서 변화가 나타났다.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the improvement of preand in-service training for professional development of teachers working children under 3. The changes in perceptions of childcare on their profession and teaching practices were analyzed after training of instructional supervision. During the instructional supervision, interview transcripts, reflective journals, video clippings and lesson plans were collected and analyzed. The results indicated that the teacher's professional perception and teaching practices were positive through the supervision process. The study suggested that childcare staff training curriculum needs to include more information on infant/ toddler's development and practice. Moreover, specific needs of individual childcare teachers should be reflected in the planning of customized instructional supervision.
