본 연구는 학교스포츠클럽 지도자들이 자신들의 전문성을 향상시키고자 어떤 노력을 하는지 실천적 지식의 구조 를 통해 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 연구 결과, 교사 자신에 대한 지식에서의 이미지는 ‘농구에 대한 열정과 의지’ 이고, 이를 ‘정확한 지식과 올바른 행동을 가르쳐야 한다’와 ‘재미있으면서도 체계적인 지도를 해야 한다’는 원리 로 구체화하였다. 교수⋅학습 환경 지식에 대한 이미지는 ‘독특한 환경과 시설’이고, 이를 ‘학교스포츠클럽만의 독 특한 문화가 있다’와 ‘농구 전용 체육관이 있어야 한다’는 원리로 구체화하였다. 교과 내용 지식에서의 이미지는 ‘농구 특성과 문화’이고, 이를 ‘정식 농구 경기를 할 수 있어야 한다’와 ‘농구 문화와 예의를 알아야 한다’는 원리 로 구체화하였다. 교수⋅학습 지식에 대한 이미지는 ‘학생들과 함께 하는 교육’이고, 이를 ‘학생들과 눈높이를 맞 춘다’와 ‘다양한 방법과 형태로 지도한다’는 원리로 구체화하였다. 또한 이들 실천적 지식들 간에는 정적 상승 작 용 및 부적 상승 작용하는 이미지도 있었다. 후속연구로는 연합 학교스포츠클럽 지도자와 단일 학교스포츠클럽 지도자간의 실천적 지식에 대한 비교 연구, 실천적 지식과 운동기능 및 정의적 영역과의 상관관계 등의 연구가 요구된다.
The study aims to investigate through the structure of practical knowledge how school sports club leaders exert their efforts to improve their expertise. The results showed that the image of knowledge concerned with teachers themselves was “Passion and Willingness towards Basketball,” and that they were concretized by the principles such as “Teachers should teach students correct knowledge and right behaviors.” and “Teachers should deliver systematic instruction to students in an interesting manner.” The image with of knowledge about teaching and learning environments showed that it was “Particular Environments and Facilities,” and that it was concretized by the principles such as “There is its own unique culture in school sports club.” and “School must have an exclusive basketball gym.” The image of knowledge about the contents of curriculum revealed that it was “Distinctive Features and Culture of Basketball” and that they were substantiated by the principles such as “Students should be able to play formal basketball game.” and “Students need to know basketball culture as well as etiquette at the court.” The image of teaching and learning knowledge showed that it was “Education that brings students and teacher together” and it was substantiated by the principles such as “Teachers need to be brought down to the students’ level.” and “Teachers are required to teach students in various methods and forms.” The distinctive features of their practical knowledge are characterized by the image that takes positive rising action and negative rising action. As to the follow-up studies, it is required a comparative research on practical knowledge between the combined school sports club leaders and the single school sports club leaders, and a research on correlation between practical knowledge and motor-skills, and affective domain, etc.
