physical self-conception scale(Kim, Byung Jun, 2001). For statistical analysis, experimental group and control
group were confirmed to be same by independent sample t-test with I-statistics and two-way ANOVA was
fulfilled so as to analyze the group’s changes before and after the experiment after the participation in
morning ball game programs. Through the studying method like that, effect of the participation in morning
ball game programs on physical self-conception was analyzed and below results were obtained. As result to
compare the changes of physical self-conception by the participation in morning ball game programs for each
group, experimental group showed more significant improvement in sports competence, muscular strength and
physical satisfaction than control group, but the other factors, there was no significant difference. Also, in the
comparison before and after experiment by the participation in morning ball game programs, all of sub-factors
of physical self-conception didn’t show significant difference statistically. For the mutual action effects before
and after the experiment by participation in morning ball game programs, all factors except for sports
competence didn’t show significant difference statistically.
