본 연구는 결혼이민여성 초등학생 자녀의 학교생활적응에 영향을 미치는 요인을 발견하 는 것을 목적으로 한다. 결혼이민여성과 자녀의 개인 및 가족요인, 학교요인, 지역사회요인 을 각각 지지요인과 위협요인으로 구분하고, 자녀의 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향을 확인하 였다. 분석결과 지지요인 중에는 학교의 친구관계 만족과 지역사회의 서비스 이용경험이 유의미한 결과로 나타났으며, 위협요인 중에는 가족의 빈곤과 친구차별, 지역사회내 차별경 험이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 정체성이나 언어문제와 같은 개인적인 측면보다는 학교나 지역사회와 같은 환경 측면의 영향력이 더 유의미함을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구 결과 로, 결혼이민여성 초등학생 자녀의 학교생활적응을 증진시키기 위해서는 차별에 대한 지역 사회 및 학교의 인식변화, 그리고 빈곤 결혼이민여성 가족에게 개입할 수 있는 정책과 지 역사회 프로그램 개발이 시급함을 확인할 수 있다.
This study is in order to discover the factors that affect the school adaptation of immigrant women's children in elementary school with a secondary data analysis of 2011 research conducted by the Korea Immigration Society. For this, we divided individual factors, family factors, school factors, community factors of immigrant women and her children and also divided them into threatening factors and supporting factors. Research Results are peer relationship satisfaction and community service experience are supporting factors affecting school adaptation, while the poverty of the family, peer discrimination and community discrimination experience are threatening factors. From this, we can know that community factors are more important than individual factors to adapt school life of immigrant women's children. We suggest that to develop policy and program to support integration of immigrant women's family in neighborhood and for poor immigrant women family.
