본 연구의 목적은 예비교사들이 대학에서 배워야 할 직무와 실제 보육실습과정에 서 가르쳐야할 보육교사 직무에 대한 실습교사의 인식을 알아보고자 하는데 있다. 연구대상은 2010년 7월과 8월 보육실습을 지도한 충청 지역 어린이집 105개 곳 238명의 교사이다. 연구결과 대학에서 배워야 할 직무는 교수학습 실제와 준비가 높게 나타났고, 대인관계가 낮게 나타났다. 실습과정에서 배워야 할 직무는 교수 학습 실제가 가장 높게 나타났고, 대인관계가 마찬가지로 낮게 나타났으나 교수학 습 실제와 보호를 제외한 모든 항목에서 실습경험보다 대학에서 배울 필요성이 있음을 인식하고 있다. 보육실습 시 중요도가 대학 필요도나 보육실습 시 필요도 보다 더 높게 나타났으며, 보육교사 직무 필요도와 중요도는 상관관계가 있는 것 으로 나타났다.
The purpose of this study was to find out the teachers' perception of child care teacher's jobs which should be learned from college and child care field practice. The subject of the study were 238 teachers from 105 child care centers in Choong-Chung District who were guidance teachers of college students in child care field practice. The results showed that child care teacher's jobs which should be taught in college curriculum were most important in 'preparation of teaching' and 'practice of teaching' and were least important in 'interpersonal and social tasks'. Child care teacher's jobs which should be taught from child care field practice were most important in 'practice of teaching' and were east important in 'interpersonal and social tasks'. In all the categories other than 'practice of teaching' and 'tasks related to infant protection,' showed that learning in college curriculum were more important than learning in child care field practice.
