This study analyzes the life of the young people||| educational system and the major youth policy in France as a country report perspective based on the literature review of related studies in order to expand the understanding of foreign young people and find out some implications and suggestions for better vision and plan of Korean youth in terms of the experiences in France. In France||| the traditional family structure has been changed and the discussion on youth problems of teen pregnancy||| substance abuse||| others has also been increased by time passing. Youth policy and youth related institutions of the various sectors are implementing under these circumstances. The meaning and roles of young generations are expanding and it becomes more important to understand the young people and support their life and education. This study provides the general understanding of the young people and youth policy as it is implemented in France for the last a few decades.
