This study was conducted in order to establish the relationship among the fun,
the creativity and emotion share. At first, this study verified the fun's direct
effects on the creativity and the emotion share. Next, it verified the fun's
indirect effects on the creativity mediating the emotion share. Finally, it
investigated the relative influences of fun factors affecting on the creativity. For
them, this study conducted a survey targeting 327 office workers, and the main
results of this study are as follows. First, it was identified that the fun positively
influenced on the creativity and the emotion share. Second, the emotion share
was appeared to have some positive influence on the creativity. Third, it was
found that the fun positively influenced on the creativity mediating the emotion
share. Fourth, it was found that of the fun's sub factors influencing on the
creativity, the biggest relative influence was the 'contribution to the company',
and followed the factors of 'self-determination', 'pleasure in the process', and
'goal consciousness' in order. Contrary to them, it was found that the 'extrinsic
reward', the 'worthless' and 'challenge spirit' did not significantly influenced on
the creativity. This study is meaningful in that it empirically verified the fun's
influence on the creativity. In the final section, this study discussed future
researches' tasks based on its limits.
