The purpose of this article is to analyze the conflict factors between organizations in a specialized high school while the specialized high school system is taking its root in an effort to overcome the crisis of business schools by accepting education recipients\' aptitude and demands.
Through the analysis of data obtained from in-depth interviews, several conflict factors were found as follows : First, there was some misunderstanding from the outset because school staff interpreted the name of design highschool in their own interest.
Second, teachers have their own views on the realty of education in relation to their majors. Third, there are totally different curriculums and course guidance according to the point of view on realty, which led to the confusion of which course a student will take in the future.
These conflict factors between organizations in school stemmed from the incomplete system. Therefore, the staff in this school was not the only cause of the conflict factor between organizations, but this conflict rather arose from the structural paradox which predicated potential conflicts from the start.
