This research aims to look the relationship up among psychological growth
environment, self-esteem, and subject quality of life of which high school-dropout
adolescents aware. The survey was conducted for ten months from October, 2012 to July,
2013. Over the survey, the participants were fully told the main purpose of this research,
then the data was collected by letting them administer self-report questionnaire. 82
questionnaires have been used for the final analysis. Research results are as follows; First,
psychological growth environment of school-dropout adolescent has a direct effect on the
subject quality of life. Second, self-esteem as a parameter effects on the psychological
growth environment and the subject quality of life in direct or indirect way. Regarding
the results of this survey, some suggestions are made in order to promote commanders'
better understanding on psychological and social status of school-dropped adolescents. It
will eventually help school-dropped adolescents to sustain healthy military life.
