The purpose of this study is to examine the impact of integrative moral education using picture books
describing moral virtues and moral conflict situations on the morality development of preschoolers and to
seek efficient ways of moral education. 5-aged 40 kindergartens participated in this study. For the
measurement of the effectiveness of moral education we used the Early Childhood Moral Judgment
Inventory. The major findings of the study were as follows: First, children’s moral judgment depended on
the situation, and behavior intention and it’s consequences(loss) also have an effect on child’s moral
judgement. Especially, in bad intention, the consequence was judged worse behavior. Second, the
experimental group show a significant improve on the moral judgement, especially judgement about
consequences of a behavior. The results of this study illustrated that the integrative moral education
program for kindergarten children exerted a significant influence on moral education, especially, less
emphasis on the consideration of consequences(loss) of behavior.
