especially on the intervention focused on the emotion of a 37-year-old woman who has
difficulties in emotion control and hormone balance. Sixty sessions were done in two

emotion was focused on and the second period, from Jan. 2013 to May 2014, the rituals
and homework were performed to release her emotional problem and to have deep
insight. GIM was mainly used as music therapy program but improvisation, singing,
and vocal psychotherapy were also applied based on the client's condition. Through
those processes, the client could experience her various emotions like abandonment in
her childhood, problems in relationship, suppressed desires, and her complex and she
could recognize the reasons why she could not control her emotion. Also supporting of
her emotion through music could make her to be immersed in her emotion. By
experiencing the negative emotion in her infant, she could love herself and stop
negative projection to her surrounding people. Moreover, her relationship in her
workplace and her home could be changed positively and her hormone could be
balanced. GIM can help people who have psychological problems to solve them and help
normal people to have inner growth by facing their emotion in safety and healing
themselves deeply.
