This study is to review and evaluate the value of education on Banggui Daejang Bungbungie of EBS. 40 pieces of commercial Video Programs in the market which have been broadcasted from March 2000 to June 2002 were selected to study. And among them, 25 pieces of commercial video programs which are focusing on the play of young child were selected for appraisal. Evaluation tools which have been used by pre-researchers in the past for evaluation of program on young child have been modified and developed to be applied for this study. To recognize the assessment of the education, evaluation tools used by Truxal and Beaudin are also modified and applied for this study. To evaluate and study more objectively, two analysts review and evaluate the same program two times for checking and increasing the reliability to survey.
