In this study is summarized the education for students with learning disability in Germany as followed. First, there are several terms on learning disability. Specially, learning disability is related to school records. Second, there are various delivery systems in terms of education for students with learning disability, such as special school, special promotion center or promotion school, general education classroom. Third, There is a series of diagnose system for decision of learning disability which has special education needs. Forth, The principal in general education school has responsibility for diagnose processing on learning disability. Fifth, special teacher takes a part of making decision on special education needs of students, as a speciality. Sixth, the pattern of diagnose has been changed into child-system-analysis from standardized tests. Seventh, parent participating plays very important role in the decision on special education needs for students with learning disability.
