본 연구는 현재 맹학교 전공과에서 운영되고 있는 학점은행제도의 운영실태를 파악하고 분석하여 그에 따른 개선 방안을 제시하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 문헌연구와 맹학교 전공과의 학점은행제 과목을 담당하는 교․강사 13명과 수강학생 48명을 대상으로 질문지조사를 하였다. 여기에서 나타난 결과를 근거로 맹학교 학점은행제의 개선방안을 모색해 보았고, 그에 따라 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 맹학교의 학점은행제는 평생학습체제를 실현하기 위한 제도로 1998년부터 서울맹학교와 대전맹학교에서 운영해오고 있으나 이를 통하여 맹학교 전공과에서 학점은행제에 의한 이료전문학사 학위를 받기가 쉽지 않다. 둘째, 어느 지역에서나 이료전공 학점은행제 과목을 수강할 수 있도록 학점은행제 인정기관의 확대 설치가 필요하다. 셋째, 이료전공 학점은행제 과목에 대한 각계 전문가들의 체계적이고 심도 깊은 연구가 있어야 한다. 넷째, 학점은행제 학생선발에 보다 신중을 기하여야 한다. 다섯째, 맹학교에서 학점은행제 과목을 담당하는 교․강사의 질적 수준을 높이기 위한 대책을 마련하여야 한다. 여섯째, 이료전문학사 학위를 받은 학생들이 취업에 혜택을 받을 수 있도록 법적 장치가 마련되어야 한다. 연구의 제언으로는 맹학교 학점은행제 발전을 위하여 세부 사안들에 대한 구체적인 연구와 맹학교 학점은행제 운영과 연계하여 전공과의 위상정립에 대한 연구와 노력이 필요하다.
This study is carried out to investigate an current status of CBS(Credit Bank System) and to improve its way of the management in the schools for the blind. The method of this study was reviewed on literature related to CBS. The subjects of this study employed 13 professors and instructors, and 48 students who attend at Post-class CBS and questionnaire used to reveal the current status of schools for the blind. Based on the results drawn from study, We were groped for the direction of CBS in the school for the blind. The conclusions of this study were as follows; First, The Riryo associate degree through Post-class CBS of the schools for the blind to make a realize the life long study system which since 1998, operated in the Seoul National School for the Blind and Daejeon School for the Blind, as means of that students with the blind have a difficulty in getting the Riryo associate degree. Second, Needs to be more set schools for the blind, managing Riryo CBS for attending students with blind to the lectures CBS everywhere. Third, We conclusion that the study should be act deeply on Riryo CBS by the specialists. Fourth, We should careful of select students of CBS. Fifth, We should make a copy to upgrade teachers\' levels managing to CBS in schools for the blind. Sixth, We should do legal action to get students with Riryo associate degree the benefits of employment. Based on above mentioned, for the developing for Post-class CBS in schools for the blind. We will suggest that the study on CBS in schools for the blind as contents be discussed in this paper. Will be act, also we should endeaved to level up the Post-class in connection with management of CBS in schools for the blind.
