The Purpose of this paper is to understand pathway to vocational rehabilitation for adolescents with visual impairment in Germany maintaining the foundation of excellent vocational education & training for the disabled. The study methods were to investigate the related materials and exchange E-mails with vision teachers in Germany.
Germany get a various vocational training and job chance as a means of special schools in the state education ministry, local lobar offices and vocational centers(BBW, BFW) and sheltered workshops(WfB) in Federal Labor Administration(Bundesanstalt fur Arbeit), and state unite integration offices(Integrationsmnt). Especially, in comparison with those of our country, We notice that special schools for the visual impaired open various vocational curriculum at the stage of secondary education and Federal Labor Administration maintain vocational centers as a types of disabilities as well as general vocational centers.
Hereafter, we have got to thought what further study apply vocational curriculum reform of special schools for the visual impaired and general vocational centers to one\'s accessibility improvement for adolescents with visual impairment in our country.
