The goal of this thesis is to provide basic materials by investigating Korean kindergarten teachers' teaching life in Indonesia and their daily life at their kindergarten. In this study, the consulting, diary, teaching diary and telephone consulting of two Jakarta downtown kindergarten teachers and two principals were studied. The research shows that kindergarten teachers' teaching life is different because of their different kindergarten environment. It also shows that in the relationships with their principal, teachers are those who are superwomen with multi-roles, with parents they are moral teachers who are very conforming, with children they are happy volunteers, and with other teachers they are lonely directors with individualism. According to the psychological part of the research, teachers regard themselves as volunteers who are not specialized in anything, and they show the good and bad aspects of their job. Considering their environmental conditions, they are having a hard time; they don't have national insurance, they have countless mosquitos, and they are loners who go on a picnic by taxi.
