The following study takes a closer look at the rising interest in education and counseling support system for the Air Force counseling area, as well as search for the model and the direction for finding the identity of the counseling system. Considering the fact that there are no previous studies regarding this matter, this study can be used as reference document for the development of better Air Force counseling system. Although there are pros and cons for each counseling area, there is a need for integrated identity for the Air Force. Establishment of counseling model development and counseling support system for the Air Force is important. In order to establish these matters introducing the quality management system idea, which is the base for the leading nation's social welfare thesis model as well as Korea social welfare facility certification model, in a systematic approach to find the direction the Air Force needs to take. Currently, the Air Force counseling system does not have a main office where systematic approach can be operated. There is a need for the main office where counseling education system and support system can be operated from the quality maintenance system point of view in order for the counseling system of the Air Force to be truly effective. Counseling support system needs to be available for all Airmen. Also, for far-off bases where counseling support service is hard to get, a linking system with the local organization is needed. The Air Force counseling system is not only just for counseling, but also for welfare and organization development of all military family and all Airmen. In order for connective and effective counseling support to be a reality, counseling support system between civil, governmental and military needs to be developed.
