The Purpose of this study is to investigate the influential factors that predict training results of personal assistants. Using the data that collected by Ministry for Health, Welfare and Family Affairs, this study analysis quantitative data of personal assistants. Among influential factors predicting the training results of personal assistants, higher monthly income and more altruistic motives were positive predictors of individual personality. Clearer explanation about training purpose, more various training materials, and in the case of exclusive classroom for personal assistants were positive predictors of training environment. The results of this study will be applied in the future as an important basic data in suggesting practical and political reformation for qualitative improvement of Personal Assistance Service(PAS).
