This case study of Art Therapy shows how effectively Art therapy improves emotional sense of stability and self- esteem of near relation raped children. The subject for this research is a nine- year- old female child who is sexualy abused by her step father. Art Therapy has total of 25 sessions during September 2007 to January 2008. And each session held for 50 minutes of study. The case study uses resources for comparing consequences in process of Art Therapy. Those resources are State-trait self-esteem, State-trait anxiety inventory, MAACL(the Multiple Affect Adjective Check List), KHTP(Kinetic House, Tree, Person: K-HTP), alongs with LMT (Landscape Montage Technique). The results of Art Therapy are following. First, Art Therapy helps to reduce raped child\'s anxiety and relieve mental disorders. Second, Art Therapy makes child more comfortable on her emotional express. Third, Through Art Therapy, her attitude changes from passive to active that she spontaneously demands on her achievements. It shows development of her self-esteem.
