본 연구는 대학생들의 진로 및 대학생활에 관한 의식과 요구를 신입생과 재학생을 중심으로 상호비교 연구하여 대학에서의 효율적인 진로지도 지원방안을 모색하기 위해 연구하였다. 이를 위해 「2010학년도 신입생 및 재학생 실태조사」에서 의미 있는 진로 및 대학생활에 관련된 공통문항을 추출하여 비교분석 하였다. 그 결과 첫째 공무원, 공기업, 대기업 입사를 위한 대학차원에서의 지원과 함께 둘째, 전공 교과목 학습지원 및 전공 관련 진로지도가 요구된다. 셋째, 학생상담실에서 다양한 진로관련 프로그램의 개발과 운영과 넷째, 대학생 또래상담제 및 상담 멘토링 제도의 운영이 필요하다. 마지막으로 이러한 최신 진로 및 취업정보 제공이 다양한 매체를 통해 이루어 져야 할 것이다.
This purpose of this study was to search for effective way to career guidance in undergraduate level by the mutual comparison between freshmen and undergraduate students. To achieve our goal in this article, we extracted and analyzed meaningful of common item about career maturity or college life in the study on the survey of opinions in college student, 2010. From the result, it is imperative that supports on university class for students to be public sectors or large enterprise employees are necessary. Second, more supports for major or professional education and major-related job course setting are needed. Third, job course setting related dept. or student counseling center should develop various programs and, Fourth, peer consultation or consulting mentoring program should maintain for students life in university. Finally, These suggestions in the paper should be delivered through rich contents so that students can get benefits from them. Key words : Career Maturity, career guidance
