본 연구는 초등학교 양궁선수의 경기력 향상을 위한 슈팅 동작의 운동역학적 특성을 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 초등학교 여자 양궁선수 2명을 대상으로 1엔드 6발, 2엔드 6발 총 12발에 대한 영상분석, 지면반력 분석, 근전도 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 A선수와 B 선수 모두 셋업과 드로잉 구간에서 1엔드와 2엔드 간에 동작 시간의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 슈팅 시 A, B 선수 모두 오른발에 비하여 왼발에 무게중심을 더 많이 두고 있으며, B 선수는 A 선수에 비하여 전후방향(Y)에서 지면반력 크며, 좌우방향(X)에서 지면반력 값이 작은 것으로 나타났다. 압력 중심 변화는 에이밍 구간에서 적었으며 드로잉 큰 것으로 나타났다. A, B 선수 모두 드로 잉 구간에서 릴리즈 구간에 비하여 좌우 삼각근과 좌․우 승모근을 더 활용하는 것으로 나타났으며, 드로잉 구간 에서 A 선수는 좌 승모근을 더 많이 사용하고 B 선수는 우 삼각근을 더 많이 사용하는 것으로 나타났다.
The purpose of this study was to analyse the shooting motion for developing archer's performance in Elementary School. Two elementary school archers participated in this study. For collecting the kinematic data we used three digital cameras and surface electromyography (EMG) to record the activity of the deltoid and trapezius. Two AMTI force plates were used to measure body sway parameters. Both subjects shot 12 arrows consisted two end(each end is six arrows). The results of this study were as follows; 1) in the set up and throwing phase, there was time difference between one end and two end, 2) both subjects in the shooting phase moved their center of gravity to on left foot, 3) A subject showed more greater X(left-right) ground reaction force than B subject, 4) both subjects used left and right deltoid, trapezius muscle in the drawing phase than in the release phase moved their center of gravity to on left foot, 5) A subject showed more muscle activity in left trapezius muscle and B subject showed more muscle activity in right deltoid muscle.
