This study ultimately aims to improve the quality of adult education by raising education accountability. To this end, the author endeavored to enhance the validity and reliability of the evaluation criteria of teaching activities for adult education teachers. To develop these evaluation criteria, the author formed a Delphi panel consisting of 32 people, and conducted the first, second, and third round of Delphi research with each of the panelists. Following the analysis of the Delphi research, the author found the following outcomes. As for the evaluation criteria of teaching activities for adult education teachers, the research identified four large categories, 21 medium categories, 40 general evaluation criteria, and 19 core evaluation criteria.
