이 연구에서는 장애인의 대학 진학이 점차 확대되면서 이들과 관계를 맺고 있는 대학생들의 친구의 지원, 갈등해결전략 및 만족감의 특성을 조사하고자 하였다. 장애인과 같은 학과에 재학 중인 대학생 145명을 대상으로 친구의 지원, 갈등해결전략 및 만족감에 관한 설문조사를 실시하였으며, ① 장애대학생 친구의 장애유형, ② 성별, ③ 장애인을 접한 이전경험에 따른 친구관계의 질과 갈등해결전략 및 만족감의 차이를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 장애대학생과의 친구관계에서 친구의 지원은 주로 ‘도움’, ‘교재의 즐거움’ 순으로 나타났으며, 갈등해결방식은 ‘지배’, ‘양보’의 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 장애인을 접한 경험은 장애대학 생의 친구관계의 질적 측면에서 큰 영향을 주지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 일반대학생의 성별에 따라 친구의 지원, 갈등해결방식, 만족감에 차이가 있으며, 남학생들은 ‘회피’와 ‘지배’ 전략 순으로 사용하고, 여학생들은 ‘양보’와 ‘지배’ 전략 순으로 사용하는 것으로 나타났다.
We examined that friendship supports, conflict-resolution styles, and friendship satisfaction in college student and college students with disabilities. We revised McGill Friendship Questionnaires for college students with disabilities. This were completed by 145 college student with non-disabilities. and The data were analyzed by ANOVA. The major results were as follow: first, by and large They acquired more 'helping', 'the pleasure of relationship' and tend to use 'dominating ' and 'avoiding' way of conflict resolution. second, In terms of sex differences, female students reports lower friendship supports than did male students. and female students tend to use 'giving in' and 'dominating' way of conflict resolution evade on the other hand, male students tend to use 'dominating' and 'avoiding' way of conflict resolution third, The experience that participant met person who have disabilities in past were not helpful to friendship in college student and college students with disabilities.
